For Studio Dev Hub, a big part of the branding guidelines was about clearly defining where they wanted to stand in the industry. They're not your typical tech firm working on general tech products. Instead, Studio Dev Hub focuses on the core steps to turn ideas into products, while others might get stuck in over-engineering. They emphasize MVPs to drive fast growth. Meaning that, they themselves only care about only the important items or the big picture. So we had to carefully choose every word in the branding guidelines to shape the brand's identity, mission, vision, and goals.
One important aspect of the branding project was the visuals. Studio Dev Hub needed to standout in terms of visual prowess given their global reach. So we created custom illustrations and icon sets to pair with their marketing content for a perfect representation of the brand.
