Green Delta Insurance Company Limited (GDIC) is one of the leading non-life insurance companies in Bangladesh. After a glorious journey of 3 decades, Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. has been leading the insurance industry in Bangladesh in terms of service standards, innovative products and legislative restructuring.

A little background about the Project

  • The site was hacked and the hacker injected malware. Thousands of Adult, Gambling pages were indexed and got penalized by google .
  • They didn’t have any blogs.
  • They had tons of spammy backlinks.
  • Clients Competitors were the leading company in the insurance industry.

Here’s what we did to improve the website’s ranking

  • We conduct an SEO audit, and competitor analysis to understand the gap and the way to achieve SEO value.
  • We focused on our targeted keywords and prepared a keyword research report for other service pages and blogs.
  • We recovered from hacking, removed all the spammy pages and disavowed all spammy backlinks from the Google search console.
  • After that we started our onsite optimization, we fixed all of the onsite issues, implemented our targeted keywords in the content body strategically, optimized every page title, created concise meta descriptions for the pages, added images alt tags, optimized canonical tags, and improved content quality which was necessary.
  • We optimized robots.txt and created sitemap.
  • The website was not integrated with the google search console. We integrated the webmaster tool and submitted sitemaps, and removed thin contents from the search console and that significantly improved search engine rankings.
  • We made the pages responsive to offer the best user experience on all kinds of devices.
  • Offered subject-matter expertise and insights to improve SEO outcomes and organic reach.
  • Incorporated FAQ schema with respective PAA on-page content.
  • Besides on-page and technical SEO, we started our off-page in 3rd month and outreached guest posts from high-traffic niche relevant sites and we also made some basic backlinks like profile backlinks, directory submission etc.
